By accessing and using Your Love Story ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Your Love Story is a digital service that creates personalized illustrated timeline maps ("Love Maps") based on relationship milestones you provide. The service uses AI technology to generate unique illustrations.

3. User Accounts and Purchases

3.1 Single Purchase

The single purchase option allows you to create and download one Love Map. Payment is required before downloading the final high-resolution image.

3.2 Unlimited Plan

The unlimited plan grants you the ability to create and download unlimited Love Maps for the duration specified at purchase. This plan may require account creation.

4. Payment and Refunds

4.1 Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and include all applicable taxes. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4.2 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service and immediate delivery:

• Single purchases: Refunds available within 24 hours if the generated image has technical defects
• Unlimited plans: Refunds available within 7 days if no Love Maps have been generated
• No refunds for subjective dissatisfaction with AI-generated artwork

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the text, dates, locations, and descriptions you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use this content solely for generating your Love Map.

5.2 Generated Images

Once purchased, you own the rights to use, print, and share your generated Love Map for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the images
• Use them for commercial purposes without written permission
• Claim them as your own original artwork
• Remove or modify any watermarks (if applicable)

5.3 Service Branding

All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Service are our property or the property of third parties. You may not use these without prior written consent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Submit inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the Service
• Submit content that violates intellectual property rights
• Misuse or abuse the Service in any way

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Love Maps are generated using artificial intelligence technology. While we strive for quality:

• Results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet specific artistic expectations
• AI-generated content may occasionally be unexpected or imperfect
• We reserve the right to regenerate images if they contain inappropriate content
• Each generation is unique and cannot be exactly replicated

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service
• We are not responsible for third-party services (payment processors, AI providers)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
